Description
Colchicine is the main active pharmaceutical ingredient present in Zycolchin tablets. It is an anti-inflammatory drug. Zycolchin is to be taken to ease the pain of a gout attack. Zycolchin only helps in preventing the attack of gout, this drug does not cure the gout. Zycolchin is not an ordinary pain reliever and will not relieve most kinds of pain.
Zycolchin is used to prevent gout attacks and to relieve pain of gout attacks when they occur. It is also used to treat familial Mediterranean fever (FMF), an inborn condition that causes episodes of fever, swelling of the stomach area and pain, swelling of the lungs, and joints. This medicine acts as a painkiller and used for relief such conditions.
